Rights
At any time, the data subjects may revoke the authorisation they have granted for processing of their personal data, and they may also exercise their rights to access, rectify, and erase for their data, as well as their right to oppose or restrict its processing and their right to data portability, by sending a written request to the DPO for Altamar Advisory at the addresses indicated above. A copy of the data subject’s national identification document must be attached.
Storage
AltamarCAM group entities have an internal procedure for the retention of personal data that will be updated and on which AltamarCAM will confirm after a period of time if you are still interested in being part of the network of contacts AltamarCAM. In cases where you are not interested in being part of this network, AltamarCAM will proceed to delete your data.

You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/) or with the Deutscher Bundestag https://www.bundestag.de/ Platz er Republik 1, 11011 Berlin, Phone: +49 (0)30 227 0, as data protection authorities, if you believe that your data has not been processed correctly or if we have violated any of your rights.
